Refund Policy
Purchases made at TheMountingCompany.com may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. It is the customer's responsibility to measure and/or contact The Mounting Company about sizing questions prior to ordering.
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, including original packaging, hardware, and accessories. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. If a product has been mounted or used, it is no longer considered in new condition and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Custom-built or customized products are not eligible for return. Additionally, made-to-order items and items that ship via freight are non-returnable.
Returns outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted unless covered under warranty.
Giveaway & Sale Orders:
Orders placed during a promotional sale that qualify for a giveaway cannot be canceled or refunded once the sale has ended. If you wish to cancel an order during the promotional period, you may do so prior to the sale ending — however, doing so will forfeit your giveaway entry.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most in-stock items are shipped within 3–5 business days. Items that are out of stock or made-to-order are subject to varying lead times.
We offer international shipping; however, your country may impose additional import fees, taxes (including VAT), customs charges, brokerage fees, or duties. These are not included in the shipping rate at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Some products qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, but these offers apply only to the contiguous United States (lower 48). Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories will incur additional shipping charges, which are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are handled at the sole discretion of The Mounting Company. In general, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
If a cancellation is approved, a 10% restocking and processing fee will apply. For made-to-order products (e.g., bumpers, bed bars, etc.), cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee once production has started.
